Has anyone used them and liked them or not?

I'm about to book with them to do a private stingray city excursion for our big group, I just feel weird about booking "outside disney".

Can anyone share their experience - good or bad?

Thanks so much

have heard nothing but good things about them..... check out cruisecritic.com they have a lot of reviews of them

We just did the Bucaneer Catamaran with Capt. Bryans in March. It was great. Easy to find, clean boat, nice crew, great price and new snorkel gear.
Enjoyed it very much. You should have no problems with them. Nice thing about them is that if the ship doesn't make it to Cayman due to weather, they don't charge you a dime! Pretty nice I think.

We used them last summer. They were great and we liked the Catamaran better than a small boat type. The only disappointment w/ them was that we requested a videographer on our trip and he wasn't able to get one. That was one of the reasons I chose them so I was annoyed/disappointed BUT didn't let it ruin the experience. Luckily, our pics w/ water camera came out nice too!

Yes I totally agree!! We've gone on both the Buccaneer Stringray City Catamaran which is the 3 hours trip with three stops and they do have a bar onboard but they only open it after all the snorkeling is over so you have time for a drink, maybe two.

Captain Bryans Catamaran was really nice too, a slightly shorter trip and you do one less snorkeling location. I think they are about the same size catamaran, both have shade and a bathroom

:boat: :boat: :boat: :boat:

The catamarans are so much fun, the sailing is incredible and trip is more comfortable is the boat is so SO huge! ALso if you want to get a video or dvd of the trip ask them when you book and they arrange it for you.

Wavegirl...I don't know if things have changed since last July but I asked several times for the videographer and they said they would do it. As we were arriving the day of, the guy at the desk was calling around for one w/ no luck. He said they cannot guarantee...so don't count on it and you won't be disappointed. He said the videographers tend to go w/ the larger groups for the day so as to make more money off the sale of the video. Not a guarantee...

How much did you pay per person for the Stingray City Snorkeling & swim with the stingrays with Capt. Bryan's? My TA said it was 45.00 per adult & we're going on the July 17th Western. Does that sound right? Cathie & The Gang:wave2:

That sounds high...unless it went up a lot. We went last July and think we paid 25.00-30 pp. I remember it wasn't that expensive for what you get out of it.
