Could some one please give me there input about Cap'n Jack's?

I will be taking my mother (her first trip) and she loves sea food. I want to plan first night DTD with a very nice dinner but don't know where to take her. Could some one please help me find a nice place to eat sea food.

I was thinking about Cap'n Jack's because we will be on the free dining plan, but for her to be happy the first night I am willing to pay out of the pocket.

HELP!!!!!!

Are you on the dining plan? If not have you considered Fultons?

I much prefer Capt Jacks over Fultons. Fultons was very overpriced and very stuffy and we were very disappointed in the service.

Capt Jacks has a bit more limited menu, but you can check it out at allears.net under dining and then what's on the menu. ( I think Fultons is on there too ) The food here was very fresh and the service was very good.

Another option is also Coral Reef in Epcot. Lots of seafood options and also very good.

Coral Reef is a must do, we will also be eating there one night
But the first night we will be downtown disney and wanted a nice sea food dinner on the dining plan or out of our pocket.

We went to Cap'n Jack's on our last trip. It was good. Not fine dining or anything else but good. My review of our lunch (with a few pictures) is in my blog which is linked in my signature. Just click on Dining Reviews.

Hope this helps some. :)

We have gone to Capt Jacks the last two years on our first night and will again this Jan. the menu is a bit limited but we still enjoy it. Coral Reef is good too but I think they took the crab legs off the menu. That was our favorite and very good.

Well if someone else from Louisiana thinks it's good then I may try it. I'm really hard to please when it comes to seafood restaurants outside Louisiana. They all seem so bland. We're going in January too.

I am totally in the minority here, so don't throw any rotten sardines but we absolutely will not go back to Capt'n Jack's.
The food was sub par as was the service.
