1000/1000
Adding 145 minutes of walking! I haven't been able to work out much since being sick, but walking is ok for now! I made it to my goal of 1000 minutes, which I didn't think would happen this time last week. Now if only this residual dry cough would go away already. It's been very hard to sleep at night because of it. It's not my asthma either (which is always under control and very rarely gives me issues, unless I'm sick or something). Thank goodness I have no shortness of breath or wheezing, but just this annoying dry cough that I can't control. Very frustrating for sure. And I go back to work on Tuesday...what a lousy way to end summer vacation.
