1200/1200 I always have to laugh when it's the exact amount! Such a rare occurrence. This morning for my push up challenge I tallied and was one short! Yep, I dropped to the floor right away!

Most likely I won't meet my goal but I'm always happy to reach 4 digits.
 
Adding two more gym trips, and extra walking since last posting , so 120 more minutes total.

Adding 145 minutes of walking! I haven't been able to work out much since being sick, but walking is ok for now! I made it to my goal of 1000 minutes, which I didn't think would happen this time last week. Now if only this residual dry cough would go away already. It's been very hard to sleep at night because of it. It's not my asthma either (which is always under control and very rarely gives me issues, unless I'm sick or something). Thank goodness I have no shortness of breath or wheezing, but just this annoying dry cough that I can't control. Very frustrating for sure. And I go back to work on Tuesday...what a lousy way to end summer vacation.

Oy! I realize I made pitiful strides towards a seriously pitiful goal. I'm so embarrassed. :headache:

Although for two weeks, I was fighting an infection, making walking to exhausting.
