I have looked at the menus and would love to go toCape May but DS2 isn't into fish. can't see what else they do apart from this

anyone been and can tell me if it would be worth us going espcially with DS2not liking fish.

also could you walk from Cape May to Epcot as in the World Showcase end.

There is lots besides fish. They have carved meat ,pasta, Chicken tenders, Pizza, Mac n Cheese. In fact i thought there was more non fish items than fish. You can get to Cape May by walking thru the International Gateway in World Showcase at Epcot.

They do not have much fish at all.....peel and eat shrimp, clam chowder, mussles, little neck clams and fish of the day...the rest of the food is regular...click on Oct link for a ton of close up buffet pics

There is plenty of non seafood items. I like the restaurant. You sure can't go away hungry. You can walk to EPCOT or take the boat.

My DD is not into fish either and loves Cape May. It is a request for each time now. Both of my kids love the mac and cheese and the baked chicken is wonderful. All in all a great meal and drawing on the tables is an added bonus!

Agreeing with the PP's.... DH and my older DD won't touch seafood of any kind :rotfl: They always find plenty to eat @ Cape May :)

have you been to allearsnet.com? It is a wealth of information. you can click on the Dining tap at the top center of the home page and then on the left you will click on a park, resorts, or downtown Disney. Then it will bring up all of the restaurants in those areas, Quick service, Table Service and even snack carts. Click on the one you are interested in and the full menu and prices are listed. It has helped us plan our meals tremendously!!

Wow! We are staying at the Beach Club and I wasn't planning on doing Cape May dinner because the menu on All Ears didn't look too good to me. But your pictures changed my mind! I would like the ribs, prime rib, fried tilapia, chicken, pasta, mashed potatoes, and sausage and peppers!

Thanks!

Does anyone know if the Fried tilapia is still only Thurs and Fri?

Maggie

They served it on Thursday, March 19. It was so good! They didn't have it earlier in the week. (Cape May is my DH's favorite TS, so we went twice that week!)

I keep hearing about this fried talapia being soooo good! Does anyone know if they do special things other nights of the week as well? (Otherwise, I will def be there on a Thurs or Fri!!!)

One night, they served grilled halibut with a tapenade on it that everyone was oohing and ahhing over. I don't do tapenades, so I'm not sure how it tasted, but everyone around us (including DH) was raving about it being so good.

Cape May is our family`s traditonal first night dinner. It`s a buffet, so I`m not sure who told you it`s a fish restaurant. If you can`t find something there you like to eat, I would cook for myself. Really, the buffets are the way to go if you`re picky. Stay away from BOMA if you`re picky. The food there is definitely different.
