I am considering both for our last day and am looking for some input. I am trying to fit in both but don't know if it will be possible. Here is what is drawing me/not drawing me to both:

Cape May:
-Convenience - we are staying at the Beach Club
-Thought I heard they had krispy kremes - yum, all the stores in my town shut down last year.
-But no Mickey :(

Chef Mickey's:
-PBJ Pizza - I always get this at Goofy's Kitchen in Disneyland and look forward to it.
-Mickey
-But far from the hotel

Any thoughts?

I'm torn for you! Although Chef Mickey's is my favorite restaurant, I think the character interaction at Cape May is a little better. Because it's not quite as popular as Chef Mickey's, I always feel like the characters spend a little extra time and give you more attention. The food is equally good at both places. Whichever choice you make will be a good one!

We've done Chef Mickey's each of the 5 trips that we've taken. It's the one place we've never not visited. We did Cape May Cafe last year. Cape May is less crowded and much quieter, but it's almost too quiet IMO. The characters didn't interact as much (I didn't think) and you are correct, no Mickey.

Food at both is comperable I think. There are a couple of items at each that aren't at the other, but nothing I would miss if I didn't go.

Incidently, they have Krispy Kreme's at Chef Mickey's as well. At least they did last fall (plain glazed and chocolate iced).

Well...with the Krispy Kreme availability at Chef Mickey's seems the only thing keeping us from there is the distance. It will be our last day anyway, so maybe we will just go for it and eat there. Thanks!
