Cape May or Whispering Canyon?

I've got 2 ADR's booked on the same day. One for breakfast (Cape May) and one for lunch (Whispering Canyon). Need a little help on deciding which would be most suitable. We'll be travelling with our 14 month old and will be staying at POR.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure about suitable but if you want edible I would avoid WCC at all costs.

Cape May was EXCELLENT> and very family friendly. It was loud, happy atmosphere - if your 14-month old wants to be energetic it's all good- a family-friendly atmosphere and the food was awesome. this will be the first ADR we make when I get my dates set!!

I would picl Cape May Cafe, because it is less noissy there. Whispering Canyon can be quite noissy and not that great with a young 14 month old child. Maybe in a few years he will be old enough to enjoy it.

We have been to Cape May 6 times, it is always delish, hot, fresh and the characters in their bathing suits are so cute.

We did Whispering Canyon lunch 2 weeks ago today and it was horrible, there were no fun, games, jokes, gags, or anything going on and worse than that, the food was awful...very dry and fatty and just gross. The cornbread and the chicken chowder was the best of it all but no way would we go back.

Cape May has good food, great character interactions, CMs working here are very nice.

Our lunch at WCC ranks in the worst 3 meals we've ever had at WDW in over 20 vacations there.

I have yet to figure out why they call it Whispering Canyon. No one there knows how to whisper!!

Seriously though, went there with then dd3 or 4, and we had to leave because the noise was making her ears hurt (very sensitive ears they may be), but nonetheless, VERY NOISY!!!
