Would you reccomend the Cape May Clambake for non-seafood eaters? It will be me and my DD18. Neither of us are big seafood eaters but will we still enjoy it?
Thanks
Thought I hop onto this thread, too, but with a different question about Cape May. We are from Boston, and are within a "short" drive to the best areas for seafood in the USA...Cape Cod, Maine, Gloucester....We love our seafood (esp clams, scallops,lobster-fried,steamed,baked...) Does Cape May compare to what we are used to, or would we be disappointed? I've always wanted to try it, but not quite sure if we'll like Disney's version of a New England clambake.
We ate at the Cape May Cafe last night. My wife is a big seafood eater... so, she was in heaven. I was very happy with the pork loin, ribs, mac & cheese, caesar salad, and corn bread. There were vegetables too, but who eats veggies on vacation?!?!?
It was my first time there, and I enjoyed it.
Hope this helps!!
Me too-I live in RI and I know my seafood. I'd be irate if I went to a clambake that wasn't done right. Plus, I like to try new things when I'm at WDW-most of my summers at home involve the beach and large amounts of seafood..I don't need to go to WDW for that.Thought I hop onto this thread, too, but with a different question about Cape May.
