Can anyone give the details as to what they offer etc. My wife has a seafood allergie - would there be anything for her to eat? 2 more days to glorious hot Florida sun :-)! Thanks to all for your input.

They only had like three seafood items and the rest were American items. We really enjoyed it two years ago, but last year we were a little disappointed. The corn on the cob was horrid, the chicken dry and the rest of the meal did not overwhelm us. They also had two different types of meat, potatos, etc.

I agree with KatMark that the clambake seemed to have gone down hill last year. At one time it was one of my very favorite meals (and I grew up in Plymouth, MA so I am very particular about my clambakes!), but the last time we ate at Cape May, I was a bit dissapointed. But I like to think positive and hopefully it has improved. I would certainly give it another try! And don't worry about options, there are lots of other things to enjoy there besides seafood.

We go to Cape May atleast once every trip (breakfast AND dinner) and have never been disappointed yet. The dinner buffet has PLENTY of variety.....I don't think your DW will have any problem finding things to eat ;). We are not seafood eaters by any stretch of the imagination and we always walk away very satisfied with full bellies :goodvibes.

Our Family tradition, every time we come to Disney...the Clambake is a must for us. 3 in my family eat lots of clams and dessert and my DH goes for the other stuff. We have always had great service and the food was fresh.

My DH and my 8 year old DD love Cape May! especially my DD...she LOVES her clams!! :scared1: Ick...not me. LOL
