We loved dinner there last year! We have an ADR for our upcoming trip! My DS's love picking out there own food!

We love this place and I am not a huge seafood fan. The food is always good and we usually over do it. This is a must do for us on every trip. Here is what they serve (this is from memory of our April and Feb 2007 trips)

I think you might get some mixed reviews on this one, but we tried it last September for the first time and had a great experience. Plenty of variety to please both adults and kids, and everything tasted great. We're planning on going back on our next trip.

This is one of our favorite places to eat! The clam chowder is some of the best that I have ever had, anywhere, even in New England! My married son said it is his favorite place. This December, we are finally taking the whole family. I hope they enjoy it as much as DH and I do.

I'm honestly not a big fan. The time I went, I just felt the seafood selections were just terrible (in terms of taste, not what was offered). Granted, I'm a bit of a New England snob when it comes to seafood, but I was just very disappointed.

That being said, while I let that one experience taint the entire Cape May experience (i.e., I've never been back and don't plan on it)... I do have many family members and friends who absolutely LOVE Cape May, and have been there on numerous occasions.

If you're not short on time and you're not opting for Cape May at the expense of some other fine establishment, I say give it a whirl. Hopefully you'll have an experience more on par with my friends and family than with myself.
