We're down to choosing one ADR. Would you choose Cape May Clambake or Via Napoli?:confused3

Thanks so much!

I think I would go with Cape May, just because of the variety. The pizza is really good at Via Napoli, but you definitely get more choices at Cape May.:thumbsup2

VN is the better restaurant, IMHO. Of course you may have different tastes. Can you tell us what you like/dislike?

Just had dinner at Cape May. We did like it but things can be improved and not the food. Great selection of seafood, soups, meat, desserts. The major problem seems to be Check-in, it takes forever. We had 5pm reservations and were not seated until 5:30:scared1:. The buffet is set up as a square, two sides to enter. Each side has different items. The line can be long so load up your plate. Bottom line is food and service were good so try it. Did not like via napoli and have eaten there twice.

Just ate at Cape May less than a week ago and really enjoyed it (the previous year, no so much!). Food was much better, although check-in and the food lines seemed to be a little slow.
We did have a Via Napoli ADR that we couldn't make, so I can't comment on that one unfortunately.
Best of luck!

Hands down, Cape May. We just did the buffet last month. Everything was good except I didnt care for the carved meat.

Via Napoli - doughy crust pizza (sorry, we are NY pizza snobs), loud, disappearing server equals long wait for drink refills, begging to get a salad for 2 after being told you can only have it if you BOTH are ordering pizza. Having my eggplant entree look like an appetizer portion size here in NY. Good entertainment watching them make the pizzas. No hurry to go back there for sure.

So weird, Via Napoli was excellent in our eyes. The crust wasn't doughy, seemed very authentic to us, and we are Italian pizza snobs too!:rotfl:

We love Cape May! The food was really good. Crab legs are awesome and we had no problems with service or food.

Normally I would say Cape May because we love that place but the prices are going up and up there and we can get the all you can eat crab and clams locally for $14!

Via Napoli is outstanding, we ate there again last month and were blown away had how delicious everything was

We have been to Cape May countless times. Like so many of our fav WDW restaurants the quality there has gone way down. We have skipped it the last few times, but I would still say it is good, but we are not too wild about buffets, and we do not seafood. There are a number of choices (not as many as before however.)

We had 2 meals at Via Napoli last week. Our first time was for dinner, and our server, Fabrizio, was HORRIBLE! He was in la la land! The pizza was the ONLY reason we returned later in the week for lunch. We, too, are pizza snobs, and found it to be absolutely perfect. Our server Enzio? was wonderful, he and the other server assistants Ghia and Jenny were so attentive! We really loved Via Napoli.

We haven't eaten at Cape May, so I can't comment on that, but we just visited Via Napoli last week and LOVED it!! Everything was excellent. We shared the eggplant caponata (delicious) and then shared the prosciutto and melon pizza (it had fontina and mozzarella cheeses I believe) - SO GOOD! We are Italian from northern NJ, so we can be pretty picky about our pizza - this was really good: Thin, brick oven style. Yum! We can't wait to return on our next trip!!
Can you tell we were excited about our meal ;)
