We're doing the Cape May Buffet this Nov. and I don't think I've heard whether you just walk in or if they accept PS. Any info on this, and when would be a good time for a party of 2 or 3 adults to go on a mid-week night in the 11/11 - 11/15 range?

Thanks,

We had 7 pm ps a few years ago during Pres Week and were able to walk right in at about 6:45. No one was waiting. It did get more crowded later on, but I never saw a large crowd.

As suggested on these boards, we made a p.s. for the first available opening time (6 I think?) which was perfect...this was on a Sunday night during a school vacation in April. The food was fresh, the buffet area spotless, and it didn't get crowded until we were starting dessert.

When we arrived, they had no record of our p.s., and they weren't fazed by this and sat us right away. Word of advice, though: Be careful and eat slowly...we were ravenous and filled up on chowder, etc..and everyone was almost too stuffed to finish their meal, let alone dessert. Have fun.

What, you had no dessert?? Why thats just criminal! :teeth:
Hi sis. :smooth:

THEY (my family) filled up on chowder, steamers, etc.

I was the smart one who took it slow and saved room for dessert and ooooh, those desserts...yum!!! This is a must-not miss!

ok, that sounds much better. Life without dessert...I can't fathom it. :teeth:

Yes, they are accepted, and ENCOURAGED! It is extremely difficult to get this on a walk up!
