Cape May Clam Bake Buffet

This may sound like a foolish question, but have our ADR's planned and I'm now thinking of switching days on two of them but am worried that the offerings at Cape May won't be the same on Sunday as they would on Wednesday. The way the menu is set up on All Ears shows this as seafood availability:

Snow Crab Legs, Steamed Clams, Prince Edward Island Sound Mussels,
Baked Seasonal Fish, Tortellini with Lobster Sauce, Seafood Pot Pie,
and Fried Cod (Sunday and Friday),
Batter-Fried Calamari (Tuesday and Thursday),
Fried Shrimp (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday)

So my questions is...will everything in the first two lines be available every day of the week and then the bottom three are offered on the days listed OR are the first three lines available on Fridays and Sundays and the bottom two lines the entirety of the seafood offerings for the rest of the week.

I'm assuming it's the former of my interpretations; but if anybody could shed some light on this before I make the change it would be much obliged...
