How do you get to Cape May cafe from Hollywood studio? is it accessible by boat?

Yes. The boat from DS (to your far left as you're exiting the park) will drop you off at the Yacht and Beach Club. Cape May is in the Beach Club. Make sure you get on the boat at least 30-40 minutes before your reservation, as it also makes stops at the Swan/Dolphin and the Boardwalk.

You can also walk, though its about 20 minutes

Last time we were there we were going to take the boat but it was to crowded. We ended taking the walk way that takes you to the Beach Club/Swan/Boardwalk. We actually made it walking to the Beach Club well before the boat made it to the first drop off point. The walk if I can remember was about 15 min.
