Cape May Cafe Question

Today out window for booking ADRs opened and we were successful with all but one reservation. We could not get into Cape May Cafe for President's week. I tried every day we are there and there were no reservations available. I did some further research and ADRs stop on February 14. Does anyone know if Cape May Cafe is going to close for refurbishment? I did not see it on the refurb calendar. Would there be another reason the reservations stop on the 14th? Just wondering. TIA

There have been other posts out here about some folks having issues getting Cape May ADRs in mid-Feb. The best guess going is it's probably a situation where they have not yet loaded the reservation slots yet, but no one is sure. We've seen this with other restaurants, and within a couple days, the openings are there. Recommend you keep looking, and I think you'll see them. It would seem very odd that they would close for a refurb now, after being closed for so long for Covid. But you never know.

No we have not but some of our family has.
