which do you think is better for dinner (for 5 adults)? Thanx for your help :) ...

I would go with Spoodles. Cape May is a bit (read ALOT of a let down) for us Yankees. Their clams are miniscule, the shimp overcooked, their corn, likewise, is overdone. Spoodles, however, is a different matter all together. If you can get over noise level, we tend to go later in the evening, it can be rather enjoyable for 5 adults. We have had 4 of total and we greatly enjoy sharing off of each others' plates!

Spoodles by a long shot. We have had only two bad experiences at WDW and both were at Cape May. The food was awful especially the second time. Haydenct is right, the clams were way overcooked and the ones on top had been out so long they had dried up. Service was not good either. Spoodles was great and you have the Boardwalk to walk around afterwards. We tried Cape May the 2nd time just to make sure they didn't just have an off night.

I would say Cape May Cafe, hands down (assuming you like seafood). The servers are so friendly, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is bright and cheery. I used to like Spoodles - until they changed the menu. Now is ordianry and LOUD. But, you should make the decision based on the type of food you'd enjoy - Cape May is a seafood buffet and Spoodles is Med/Italian.

First of all, why did haydenct post three times? Spoodles is very nice, but I would do both if possible. You don't need to like seafood to enjoy CMC.

Triple post is a result of the server being busy- you can't tell if your post went through or not and if you hit refresh it will double or triple post your reply.

But my vote is for Spoodles.

Spoodles.

We - all seafood lovers - were incredibly disappointed with Cape May. We've tried almost all of the buffets now and CM was our 2nd least favorite (H&V is worse)

How much does your group like to eat. Cape May is a buffet all you want to eat, Spoodles is not but good food.

I enjoyed them both! That's a tough one! I am of no help sorry! :sad2:

Spoodles has better quality food, Cape May has passable seafood. If I am in a group and one or more have their heart set on Cape May I will go, but it is not my first choice.
