Which breakfast has the better selection of food?

We are two adults and my DH prefers a selection of hot foods rather than cereal.

TIA

We prefer Cape May. We find that it is not as hectic/noisy in the morning as CM. The food area is always neat and clean. They have basically the same foods - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, waffles, pancakes, cereal hot and cold, fresh fruit, danish, etc.

They both have huge buffets. I think you would be happy at either. I guess it depends on which characters you want to see though. If you want to have your picture made with Mickey or the classic characters, I would go to Chef Mickey's. One plus for Cape May is if you are staying at the YC/BC or BW you are close and do not have to rely on Disney transportation to take you to the Contemporary. We have had to drive over there because our PS for Chef Mickey's was too early for the buses to run. Good luck!

Done both Chef Mickey x2 and Cape May x3 and would vote for Cape May in a heartbeat. I do like the dinner at Chef Mickey's however - its fun and tasty.

If your going to be at the MK then do a CM dinner and when your going to be around the Epcot or MGM area then do the Cape May breakfast. I just found the atmosphere at Cape May much more relaxed - what I want in the am lol and found the food to be fresher and more variety. For dinner with Mickey I like the Garden Grill personally with Chef Mickey's a close second.

While we love both, I think I would also give the edge to Cape May. As others have said though, depending on where you are staying it may be easier to get to one over the other.

Have fun!

Breakfast at Chef Mickey's is a madhouse, but in a *good* way. :) If that helps you to decide...

We are still undecided. But we are there for 10 days. We are already having a character meal at Crystal Palace - Eeyore is my favourite.

If the budget allows maybe we will just have to eat at both Cape Cafe Mays and Chef Mickeys! Otherwise I think I will let DH decide, as I have pretty much chosen everything else!

I had the same dilemma, so I booked both!

We are not big breakfast people though, so we'll be having dinner at Cape May on our first night and dinner at Chef Mickey's mid-way through our trip.

Both places get good reviews, but Chef Mickey's seems a little more inconsistent, with some people not liking it at all. Everyone seems to love Cape May.

Can't wait to get there!
