Cape May Cafe or Captains Grille?

Which restaurant is better for a solo diner for dinner? Which has better food & service?

I've never been to Captain's Grille, but I loved the dinner buffet at CMC the last time I ate there, and booked it again for my next trip.

DEF IMO Cape May. Captains Grille is so quiet, the service is slow and food is fine, just missing "warmth" Like it has been sitting waiting then popped into the microwave. Like I said my opinion. Cape May has such great atmosphere and service. Prob because its in BC and just more livelier.
