Cape May Cafe from Epcot

i have breakfast ADR at 10:30. Can I park at Epcot, go in at rope drop, ride something and then head to Cape May through international gateway? Can I get over there before world showcase is open to get to my ADR?

Yes. Guests can walk from Future World to IG starting at 9am (or rope drop if earlier). This allows folks to get to breakfast at France or Norway, and to Future World from the Epcot resorts. The walk from FW to Beach Club is about 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace.
