canx DDP hotel, candlelight processional reservation still OK?

I booked a WDW hotel with dining and then booked CP with hotel reservation #. I did not have to pay in advance bc of DDP. If I canx hotel, will my CP stay in place? If not, can I call, prepay, and have it de-linked prior to canx hotel?

The 2 are not connected.
You only pay for your CP package at the restaurant, so your hotel has nothing to do with your ADR.
