Can't Wait Til October....anybody Else??!!

We're headed to WDW for the 10K race on 10/10.

Mark me down for 10-9 / 10-15 at POFQ!

This is my family's first time to WDW and it seems like the more I check these boards, the more excited I get about this trip.

My DS will celebrate his 5th b-day while we are there and I haven't even told him about MNSSHP yet!!!

Hi bamillen! We are staying at POFQ too, maybe we will see you there( that would be cool)! We will be there October 13-20!

elgerber---

We are also from Minnesota (Brooklyn Park).
We are looking at the same dates as you, over MEA. We also need 4 tickets, we are taking 2 of the grandchildren along!! ::MinnieMo ::MinnieMo
Last year we paid $135 on Delta. Sure would be nice if something like that came along again - we are keeping our fingers crossed!!

nitsirk987- Let me know how you make out with your flights. Oh BTW if you want to know when you get a PM just go to the userCP at the top of this page and then go to edit options. Just check off that you would like to get an e-mail when you get a PM and you will be notified.

I'm going too! :Pinkbounc with SIL, BIL and their kids plus my family of 5.

Staying at Universal's RPR 20th - 23rd and doing Halloween Horror Nights (just the adults), and then going on to POR till the 29th.

Now I'm just waiting for MNSSHP tickets to go on sale.

Yup! My DH and I will be there for the food and wine festival Oct. 23-Oct. 30 at the POFQ. I too don't want to wish the summer away, but................................................

We'll be there too! Columbus Day weekend for our 10th wedding anniversary!

We haven't even gone for our honeymoon (May 10th) at the Contemporary for 11 days on the Gold Plan, and we've already booked for Oct. 16 - Oct. 24. We're going to trying Pop Century and check out the Food and Wine Festival. The Visa 7 for 4 deal helped make our decision to go in October! By the way, Chicago to Orlando on Spirit Air - $305.00 for 2 adults roundtrip, including taxes & fees. Hope you all have a great time!

Hey MMDRNNBL, we are building a house in MT, and visit every summer. DH bought a Harley from Belgrade HD, and keeps it out there so he can do his riding thing, too. He goes for 2-3 weeks by himself to ride and work on the house. DSs and I go for a week. The "precious" summers, and harsh winters are why I will only visit in the summer. (Although we have had snow out there when it really should be warm!) It is SOOOO beautiful out there. Our cabin is at the Pipestone Pass on a mountain that looks out on the Tobacco Root mountains. We have been to Big Sky several times, and it is just gorgeous! ::yes::

I am too exicted after reading everyone's posts!! We will be at Beach Club Villas 10/2-10/10 and celebrating DS's b-day!! We're hoping for MNSSHP while we're there. I'm busy trying to figure out PS. DH thinks I'm nuts with the planning!! Hope to see some of you in OCTOBER!!!:bounce:

Hello to everybody who is travelling to WDW in October. We`re staying from the 24th until the 29th october and we would like to do some of those magical gathering options like the SAFARI DINNER or the INTERNATIONAL DINNER. At the moment we`re just four people and so we`re searching for some nice people who are interested to join us to set up a "grand gathering" ! So If you`re interested you can contact me through mail or post your answer to this forum.

Magical Wishes to all of you
Andy

I have four trips before October but I can't wait for the food and wine festival.

I have reasonable flights on TED.

I love WDW in October. The weather is perfect. After spending most of the week at USF (RPR) and doing Hollywood Horror Nights, I could not leave Orlando without having a couple of days with the Mouse. We'll be at CBR Oct 20th & 21st, celebrating our 15th anniversary. :love2:

I'm also watching airfare. Right now, it is close to $300.00 :scared1: . Unless there is just no other way, have decided against using SWA. I wanted to be in Orlando around noonish. The earliest flight out from our airport isn't until 10am. It's a 5 hour flight with one lay over. Delta and AA have much better schedules.

I'm already in the beginning stages of planning a big family gathering for Fall 2006. The youngest nieces and nephews are getting close to graduating high school. We wanted one last trip together :grouphug: before all of the kids get too grown up and "too cool" to hang out with Aunt and Uncle, and go their own directions.
