Can't view pin code Dec resorts

I already have my reservation booked over Christmas break, but was looking to see what is available for a possible change. Problem is since Saturday morning, I see either "This room type is unavailable for the
dates, party size or offer selected." OR "We are unable to show rates at this time.
Please try again or check back later." Now I'm pretty sure the later means there's a room available under the PIN code, but there's no $$$! Anyone else seen this? I know I can call, but I like to play online to see what I might want to change.
 
yeah me too, I've been trying to check rates with my pin since I got it a few days ago and it's not working. I think I have to call.
 
I think with pin codes you have to call. At least that how I used my several months ago.
 
Same here. I thought it was just me bc I had one on courtesy hold thru yesterday and forgot to pay it bc my daughter was sick. Logged on today and can't view at all, same msg as you. I had to call and have them rebook it. They said the pin code had expired but were still able to use it, but online it said book thru 8/31 so not sure that's accurate.

This isn't true. I booked my PIN Code (now they are called Unique Offer Codes) room online. There is a special website on the card you receive in the mail. If you got it via email, the link should be on there. You go to that website and enter your code and your information. It then shows what is available.

There is a chance there just aren't rooms available. I got my PIN back in May or June I think and most of the rooms for December were gone. I checked back nearly everyday and finally what I wanted had become available and I was able to book it.
 
same issue here - we have a room booked with my mom's code (she's travelling with us) and I've been trying to see if availability has changed at all, and compare to what's available with the AP rate, but I keep getting the "unable to show rates" message. And I hate having to call when I'm just looking - it's much easier to be able to check all of the rates myself.
 
something is up with the website. I was trying to see what else was available for our stay late September. I get the error messages even after deleting cookies. Talking to the chat people online is useless too. They basically say "I don't know"
 
I agree - I tried the online chat, and the answer was that they are not aware of any current issues with their system (even though I just informed them of an issue) and that I should just call to check availability. At a minimum it seems that answer should be "thank you for reporting this issue, I'll make sure it is reported to our IT area."
 
Every time I try the chat I get frustrated. The one yesterday basically told me that I should try back later or that the resort was not available, exactly what the error messages were. I found today that I could get rack rate availability for the Polynesian rooms but the late summer discount was giving the try back later message. According to the site the GF, BC, YC were all completely booked at rack rate. Find that hard to believe when the next time I tried I got the please try again message. SO aggravating.
