Can't use Reward $ to pay for EMM?

I was planning to book EMM. I don't see an option of paying with Disney Rewards. Just option of paying with cc. Is this the case for hard ticket events?

I would call Disney and see if they can not do this for you over the phone. normally Disney is happy to take your money any way you can give it to them.

I agree to call. I have been trying to purchase items from the Disney Store online with my Rewards for months now and every time I get a random error has occurred. I finally called and they said it is a known problem online. Maybe they didn't want to offer that as an option if they run on the same system and will have problems? Hope it works out for you!

Thanks. I will wait a couple days until I get my new month's worth of points and then call and ask. Hopefully EMM won't fill up in the next couple days.

You have to call. I had the same issue last fall.
