Can't use my AP # on site...

Because my AP voucher is so old (pre 911) I am unable to use it to get into the passholder site. Has anyone else had a problem accessing the site and been given a workable # from CRO to use? My only option is to keep calling and that just isn't working for me. My 120 window is fast approaching. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like this might take a phone call. This is a voucher that you purchased before 9/11 that was never activated and not an old activated pass that has expired, right?

I know when I booked rooms for December, mine and my kid's passes worked on line, but my DH's would never let me on to the sight.

Let us know what happens.
