Can't upload photos

Hello! I tried for the first time since I became a member of the DisBoards in 2009 to upload a photo from my computer and the Button that says "manage attachments" is not anywhere on the screen for me to use. Do you have to be a member for a long time before you are allowed to upload photos or am I doing something wrong or not seeing the correct button to click on? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Photos are not uploaded to the DIS, you have to put them on a hosting site like Photobucket. Please see the Welcome Board FAQ thread for instructions on how to post photos. The link is in my signature.
