Hi all, maybe you can help.
I recently changed resorts. My initial reservation was for CBR, and with that reservation I had completed checking our room preferences, along with everything else, about a month ago. After changing to AKL three days ago, the "update check-in" button is there (which is strange, since normally after a resort change you get a new check-in link"), but when I click it, I get sent to an error page. It's been happening for the last three days, and I'd really like to get in there to make my preference selections! I used the online help chat, but they weren't able to help or really offer me any ways to work around the glitch.
Any ideas?

After I fiddled with the "update check in" as well (I was trying to add magical express). I can only do things on the my disney experience app, but I don;t think you can online check in from there. No idea why either.
