Can't update my online check-in!

Hi all, maybe you can help.

I recently changed resorts. My initial reservation was for CBR, and with that reservation I had completed checking our room preferences, along with everything else, about a month ago. After changing to AKL three days ago, the "update check-in" button is there (which is strange, since normally after a resort change you get a new check-in link"), but when I click it, I get sent to an error page. It's been happening for the last three days, and I'd really like to get in there to make my preference selections! I used the online help chat, but they weren't able to help or really offer me any ways to work around the glitch.

Any ideas? :confused3

Mine has been doing the same thing :( After I fiddled with the "update check in" as well (I was trying to add magical express). I can only do things on the my disney experience app, but I don;t think you can online check in from there. No idea why either.
 
It's frustrating. Maybe I'll try and give tech support a call tomorrow...

Long shot but have you tried from a different computer and/or browser? Sometimes when Disney's site is giving me lemons I'll switch computers and things clear up.

But yeah, calling is probably your best option given the circumstances I guess.
 

As you probably found out, you can't do that from there.

Actually, there was an option to do it. That's why I was trying to do it.

Is there another way to add it? I thought I added it when we initially made the reservation but it's no longer showing up.

I think I've tried just about everything, from different browsers, clearing my cache, and using a different computer (make that 2). I've been trying to avoid calling but I don't see what other options are left.
 
I think they're having some major website issues... I haven't even been able to view my reservations on the website since booking four days ago. I keep getting the Stitch "Someone has ate the page error"
 
I have been having the same issue. We arrive Saturday and I really want to update my anticipated time of arrival but I just get the Stitch error page.
