Can't Trigger FD for Feb 25??

Trying to book for Feb 25 and even when I get to review offer it still does not have the FD. Am I doing something wrong? I select the Dining plan when I am selecting what I want, is this wrong? Do I not select anything and it just gets added?

Use this link, then at the bottom of the page it has a button that says "Check Availability". Put in your dates. It will ask you to choose your resort category then the result will come up. It will say "Magic your way with FREE DINING". You can scroll down and upgrade your dining also.
