Before I met my bf, I was single for almost 5 years, during which time I took exactly zero vacations. Now, we have so much fun every time we go on vacation that I cannot stop planning them.

All our planning is done for our anniversary/proposal cruise this coming March and a trip to San Francisco in June, so we spent the morning talking about planning a trip to the UK to visit friends next fall.

Then, while he's been busy playing video games, I may have just booked a cruise for new year's eve next year.

Now I am plotting what to do for his birthday in August.

Someone stop me.

P.S.: I don't really want to be stopped.

i think that's a wonderful addiction to have, no one has ever gone to rehab for too many vacations!

besides, if you didn't have any for years, you have some serious catching up to do. :cool1:

if you can afford your trips, money and time wise-carry on. :cheer2:

I have the same problem here, I am planning 3 different Disney trips for the next 6 months, plus some other weekend trips. And I am already thinking about next summer and Christmas '13. DH and I just adopted a 6 y.o. this past March, now I have all the excuse I need to plan trips to Disney.:yay:
I can't help it!! :rolleyes1

Welcome to the club. I too am guilty of planning vacation after vacation. Went to DL last October, DL Paris in June, and will be going back to DL in 2 weeks. :cool1:

Well then, we should plan a trip for that group meeting :rolleyes1

I'm right there with you guys, two vacations and four additional trips for Disney running events, and I wish I could go more! :D My goal in 2014 is to do every single Run Disney event between FL and CA! So book on my friend, from one vacation addict to another, there's nothing wrong here! Haha! :dance3:

...and this is a problem how? :joker:

Phew! I thought I was the only one! We have an 8-day trip to WDW coming up in less than 2 weeks, and before that's even done, I just booked a cruise for September.

...and now I'm looking at Hawaii...

YES. You understand me. :)

We got back from a week at WDW about a month ago, we have a cruise on the Fantasy in March, I booked a cruise on the Magic for next new years eve, and we used DVC points to book hotels for trips to San Francisco in June and London in October.

For 2014, I'm thinking Disney cruise to Alaska and a trip to Aulani. :)

Me too! Normally I'm planning constantly but I usually let dp into the plans for the next trip as we're boarding the plane. It's kind of our 'vice' we don't smoke and drink very infrequently :)

We're thinking about the Alaska Cruise as well as we live in Seattle and it would be a shame to not take advantage.

Problem is, for me, it's not just about planning vacations, but they are also my rebellious side coming out as I'm planning for things my parents would never let me do growing up...staying at the resorts, booking tours, reserving suites, etc. I can hear my mom screaming in the back of my head :P

I have a confession to make.... I just booked another DCL cruise for March Break....2014!
I am weak.... I can't help myself!!

You're not weak, you're just a great planner :)

Where are you heading?

AWESOME! Where to?
Oh just a 3-Night Bahamian Cruise on Disney Dream.
You see I have DVC, and they have this special $300 off on Premium Annual Pass. Since we are going this coming Easter, we might as well get that PAP. and since we are getting the PAP, we might as well go again Christmas, and again before they expired next March. And since we will be going down in March 2014 anyway, might as well.......... well you get the idea.:rolleyes1

So.. Hi, I am Peter... I am a vacation planning addict...

mmmm hmmmmm

Well, it seems I am your official support group. The DVC annual pass discount is what led me to book a new year cruise for next year.

Those annual passes are traps! I fell for the same thing :) Ah sweet, sweet traps...
