Can't stand it. Who's going in Dec 2005?

I will be there with my in laws. A total of 8 of us. December 11-17 we are hoping to stay at ASMo. We haven't made reservations yet as we are still deciding whether to book as a package or room/tickets separately.

We will be there 16th-22nd-Just booked the vacation through the Disney my way-And can you believe that for a family of 4(tickets included) under $1400!!! We are staying at the ASMo, We are very,very excited-At first we only planned for 3nights/4days-but for only 350 more we are now staying 6nights/7days!!!!! :jumping4:

We have triplets (will b 5 when we go). Currently have reservations Dec 3-10. Saw that Pop Warner will be there then. Our biggest concern is crowds and wait time for rides (especially MK and MGM).

Would you go Nov 27-Dec 4 and avoid Pop Warner? Or would you leave it alone and go Dec 3-10? We are staying at the WL.

We will be staying Dec.3 -8 at Beach Club Villas and then leaving on 3 night cruise on the Wonder! Can't wait!

I just Changed our reservations from CSR to WL for December 10th to the 18th. It seems so far away. At least I have our May trip to get me by. I really am looking forward to the December trip! I can't wait to see WDW at Christmas time.

We have gone for the past two Christmas and New Years seasons, so I assume we will go again in 05. I won't actually begin planning till August or so. My daughter starts Michigan State as a freshman in 05, and she will have over three weeks off at christmas so we are not a locked in to the week of CHristmas and New Years. She won't go back to school until Jan 9, so this will give us the opportunity to stay past the 1st or 2nd of January. One year we stayed till the 4th and everyone had gone home so there were no lines.

I absolutely want to be there for New Years. We have gone to MGM both years and there is so much to do there. Osbourne lights, concerts and fantasmic. It is truly a great place to ring in the New Year.

Coming back to WDW on 12-16-05 thru 12-25-05. We are staying at the Grand Floridian for the very first time. We usually stay at POFQ, but this time my parents are taking the whole family for the holidays.


I can't wait. We were at WDW last June and now have to wait another 11 months before we go back.

We'll be in the world Dec 16 - Dec 24. Reservation already made at the POP. Seem soooooooo far away. First trip to Disney At Christmas time. A dream come true.

Unfortunately, we had to cut one day from our trip. We are now going to be at the World Dec. 17-25. Still, I'm not complaining.

How weird is this......I'm going with my in-laws the 11th - 17th!!!

We're staying at VWL (our DVC home) for the first time.

It's gonna be me, DH, DD6, DS4, DMIL & DFIL.....doing seperate studios this time!!!

Ugh.....I just can't wait!!!

At this time the plan is for my DS and I to stay at ASMo or PO Riverside 12/16-12/24.

We were planning the first weekend in December but now I see that 12/4-12/10 is Pop Warner so we may push it back a week. We don't have ressies yet but are planning on staying at WL. We will have an AP so we are doing room only plus DDE.

We are arriving Dec.2, departing Dec 9, staying at SSR, but MIL wants me to change ressies to BWV when I get the 7 month window. It will be our first time all of the holiday deco, although I was at EPCOT on New Year's eve 98-99. It will be DH & I and MIL, FIL & BIL. 2 studios.
I know PopWerner will be there, but I'm hoping we won't have any problems, since they stay at AllStar resorts. Am I wrong?

No you're right they do stay at all-stars but I was concerned about the events raising attendance. I get cranky when it's crowded!! LOL

We've been there the last two Decembers and the crowds at the parks are not up because they are there...It's pretty much a 20 minute wait on the rides...The only thing I really worry about the fact you can't afford to stay at the deluxe resort for every trip and I know they also stay at Mods and were staying there this year and I don't want that to be kept up alnight by teenagers running around crazy and up early by them cheering in the courtyard..
