Can't some people do their job right anymore?

I called my auto insurance company last week to ask them how much my policy renewal is going to be, the lady said $1850. I almost had a heart attack, two cars full coverage, no tickets, no violations or accidents and my policy was going up almost $400 a year??? She said insurance went up, yeah but that much??
Today I get the actual renewal in the mail....$1491!!! How could she make a $359 mistake?? I really started looking for other insurance, if she had actually given me the right figure I wouldn't have bothered because it sounds right!
