My body clock is all out of whack this week. For starters, we are on the winter break, so no school (I am a teacher.) Second, my DH has been out of town for over a week...I have a very hard time going to sleep when he's not here...I am alone in the house, that's just tough...he comes home on Wednesday, so hopefully that will be the end of this.
Last night (NYE) I stayed up until about 3:30, then I got up today at around 11:30...did quite a bit of work around the house, including laundry, dishes, organizing the laundry room, and painting a wall in one of the upstairs rooms...made dinner of spaghetti with meat sauce, after eating I noticed I was feeling very dizzy and tired (note - I did not drink last night). So I fell asleep, I don't even remember taking myself to the bed, but that's where I woke up at about 11:30pm...and here I am at 2am.
Any suggestions for getting back on track tomorrow?? I need to get back to normal.
