can't sign in on computer

anytime i sign in it teases me with the site then returns to the login screen. this happens on multiple browsers. this never usually happens. is it happening to anyone else? oddly enough the site seems to work on my phone but that's a lot more annoying to use for me

That is happening to me too. I have been using an incognito window, which does work.

That's been happening to me for a couple of months, so I also opened an incognito window. That's how I booked my trip. This only happened from my home computer. At work I can log in to Disney without problems.

I just got off the phone with Disney IT and the person I spoke with said the website is down. None of my plans are showing up on My Disney Experience on the APP or the website.

Sandy Mouse, I've had this issue as well prior to it being down at the moment. It turns out all I have to do was clear my cookies and it worked.

I have that issue and it also switched me from US website to the Europe one.

I finally called MDE Tech support to get the "switching to Europe site" resolved. It seems better now but still happening on occasion. You have to delete all your cookies and History in your browser and start fresh. Now I do this every time it happens.

This problem has been happening to me for the past three months on my computer..so any time I want to book something, I do it on my phone. However, this past week, I was able to book Savi's and Droid Depot on my laptop, but nothing else.

Sandy Mouse, I've had this issue as well prior to it being down at the moment. It turns out all I have to do was clear my cookies and it worked.

I clear the cookies every time I plan to sign in, but it only got me in one or two times. Most of the time I've had to go incognito.
