You will likely not see total price paid on your deed at OCC. However, you will see deed doc tax. That number, divided by .007 will roughly yield your total price paid.

Sounds so funny. On my deedit says “in consideration of $10 and other good and valuable consideration”.

Using the deed doc tax method, it looks like I got 150 OKW pts for $84/pt in 2003.

I remember I paid $72/pt for 220 OKW points in 2018 and $85/pt for 220 Aul points in 2019.

These current prices seem crazy to me!
