Can't register!

I just tried to register. When I put in my email, which is supposed to be my user/member name, right, it says that member already exists. How can that be if I am using my email address?

If you have a Disney.com registaionalready, just log in with that.

already registered.

Just use it and sign in. That confused me at first as it did alot of people.
