Can't quit quest...any suggestions?

Here's the deal, I was going for the Green Car Quest when I got the no time limit atom bug. It kicked me back to Mansion, I figure no problem, a few Dis are always hanging in the lobby, and away I go again. I get my 85 ghost a few times, and nothing registers. I say to myself, self - quit the quest and start over. I Go back to the Autopia Quest Track and start the quest again, WHAM, you need 85 ghost. What gives? Anyone know?

Just because you quit the quest, it doesn't mean that you have to start from the beginning. In fact, unless vmk resets the quest, it won't reset for you.

If you try to play the quest again, it will start you off where you left off when you quit.

So hitting the "Quit" button doesn't actually stop the quest for you. It just allows you to play another quest instead.

Thanks for the response cteddiesgirl. Now i gues i'm stuck at the need more than 85 single ghost bug. LOL.

When catching ghosts for a quest, do not catch the opposite team as ghosts.
Those do not count towards your quest goal.
That may be why you have scored over what you need and the quest still did not recognize it.
