Cant pull up reservation online..any help?

Hi. I had this problem on my last disney vacation and here it is yet again. When i log in and go to pull up my reservation it wont work. I enter my name, reservation #, date, hotel, etc. Then it says it cant find it now. I think it's because i cannot fit my whole last name in the box. Does anyone else with a long last name, mine is hyphenated also, have trouble?


I've contacted Disney and they say they'll forward the problem on, that was in Dec. now it's still a problem.

I just booked my hotel today and I can't pull up my reservation either. I will be calling DIsney in the morning and finding out what is going on.

Hope you get yours fixed as well.....

I have the same problem with a long hyphenated(sp?) last name and when I was trying to do our 10 day online check in last year it wouldn't let me type my whole name in(even minus the hyphen) then all of a sudden one day it did?!I've been having the same thing this year,then again all of a sudden yesterday it let me.So all I can tell you is keep trying cause you mite get lucky like I did.Good luck to you! Mine won't load up either. I thought it was just me. I wanted to make a payment and I can't.

Looks like a problem on their website. Hope they get it sorted soon.
