Can't Post Thread on Board

Sorry if this is not the correct spot, but I can't find how to post a thread to the DCL Forum. I am registered for this site. I have seen it says one must register to post, but everytime I click the link to register (to post), I get
The DIS Disney Discussion Forums - DISboards.com - Error
The requested page could not be found.

So how do I post in a forum?

You are already registered. The way you posted this question is the way you post on the DCL board. Down at the bottom of the thread that you want to reply to is the reply window.

If you are talking about starting a new thread, you must click "Post a New Thread" button on the top right side of the main page.
