Cant order from Target.com

Help - anyone haveing trouble besides me? I am trying to order my daughter a few Our Generation items to go with her american Girls dolls shes is getting for Christmas from her Grandmas and I cant order? It wont put anything in the cart and keeps telling me "Were Sorry we cant not process your order please call" Is it me or is the site down? I dont wantt to call as I want to earn my my points for the order as its 8pts per dollor now. HELP - I cant even do it as a guest (I tried that too) I cant even ad anything to the shopping cart?

Did you get it to work for you? I'm not having any issues at all with Target.com. Hopefully it's up and running ok for you now.
