I was very underwhelmed with my meal at Les Chefs de France. The meat in my crepe tasted like it came from a can. Worse, it's a very cramped place. They cram a lot of people into that space, and it makes for a warm and crowded environment. The meal we had upstairs at Bistro was significantly better, but that was a couple years ago now and off topic.
We've eaten at Grand Floridian Cafe twice now, once for breakfast and once for lunch, and both meals were great. It's open and airy, and the service is about as good as can be expected for such a large and spread out dining area. I'd say it's one of my favorite restaurants on property. The menu doesn't change much, but they do what they do very well and at reasonable prices. Can't really ask for much more than that.
