Can't make Park Reservations

Hi all... on hold for tech support, but the wait is 78 minutes. Wondered if anyone had any tips or tricks in the meantime.

I decided to switch my Epcot and MK days, so I deleted those park reservations. When I went to re-make the reservations, it keeps taking me to a page to buy tickets, as if I don't have any. It does the same thing on Chrome, Edge, and the phone app. However, when I check my tickets and passes page, it does list our 5 day tickets.

Calendar is all green for all parks for my dates.

Anyone run into this before and did you find a solution?

Did you try logging out then back in?

Disney IT has been insane.

OK, I figured it out.
I haven't edited my park passes in awhile and it looks like they added a page in between clicking to make a pass, and the actual reservation page. It wants you to click on Theme Park Tickets or Annual Passes. It confused me, because it looked like it was wanting me to buy one of those things. But no, you just have to click on which one you HAVE. It totally threw me because I haven't seen that page before.

I had the same sort of thing happen -The system ignored my DVC reservation and would only allow me to make AP ones - I called Tech Support and was able to leave a call back…I was told it’s a known bug that they’re working on - the Tech was able to make my park ressies for me.
 
I wish so many things were different about the website, but would be satisfied if it just worked all the time. :rolleyes:
