Can't log in to eticket

Hi - I can't log in to eticket. I had been automatically logged in but somehow it won't accept my user name and password. I have even re-downloaded the app and reset my password but it is still not working for me. How do I get log on help for eticket?

Try cleaning the cookies and history from the device.

We have had success with this and getting folks signed in who previously had issues.

How do you clean cookies off an IPhone?
Nevermind I googled it. I cleared my safari cookies but that didn't do anything. The disboards section of eticket is still not working and hasn't been for over 4 days.
