Can't Load Haunted Mansion Lobby

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. For about 2 weeks now I have not been able to get into the haunted mansion lobby at all. I can click to enter and the first bar loads all the way but when the second loading bar comes up ( the one that says loading additional items please wait or click cancel to exit ) it wont ever finish loading. If I just wait for it to load it will stay there until I dc because of inactivity. I can't play mansion bc I can't get in the lobby and I can't get my NPC ghost credits unless I can follow someone from friends list into one of the mansion rooms. Any help would be appreciated. All the rooms in vmk are loading very slow for me lately, along with my inventory. I thought a full inventory might be the problem but even my clone boy has the same problems and he has NO inventory. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have done all the usual clear cookies, files and history. Uninstall-reinstall flash player and shockwave and none of these has helped any.

I had a very slow load problem just getting loggedonto VMK and we did a defrag on the computer and now its fast. I wonder if that may help you too? I was getting so tired of up to 15 minute wait to log on to the game even when i crashed.

When that happened to me (stuck room loading bar), I cleared my cache of
all the temp files and cookies. After that, I was able to load the room the
next time I logged in.

Did the defrag and it was no difference

When that happened to me (stuck room loading bar), I cleared my cache of
all the temp files and cookies. After that, I was able to load the room the
next time I logged in.

Cleared temp files and cookies and history. Did reinstall on flash player and shockwave also no difference.

I have not installed anything new on the computer either that could be conflicting with vmk. The only thing I can think it could be is a Microsoft update might be somehow conflicting with it.

What browser are you using? If it is internet explorer try Foxfire. I had that happen after an update and used Foxfire until it cleared up ( 9 days! ). Also you could try VMKPal. That loads faster for me (no idea why). Or likewise if you are using Pal try logging in directly from VMK web site. Hope you get it fixed soon!
