Okay we harassed Dyan alot last week over her confessions
so i decided we shouldn't let Her take ALL the picking on

what one thing did you do or did that if found out you blame on others???


I did this when I was about 17 or so and have always blamed it "on a relative of mine" when telling the story of course it is one of the families fave laugh at Kayla stories they still tell

so here goes

You know how when you want to stop water from running thru a hose you kink it???

WELL........... i wanted to get my mom's attention and she was vacuming so i thought same principle and grabed the electrical cord and kinked it couldn't figure out why the power wasn't stopped the way water is

I am MUCH smarter now than then (I hope) but okay that is my
wow why did i share that moment

Ok, here is mine...
My brother is 2 years younger than me.. While I was in college and he was in high school.. we still had to share the car.. Well, I came home for a weekend visit... I backed into a mailbox... No major damage...but since my brother was still a new driver.. I told Mom and Dad that my brother did it!

I know it's bad... but my brother got even with me.. He was a wild child.. got caught with beer in his room.. and told my parents that *I* stashed it in his room while home from college one weekend... BRAT! The only thing is he forgot.. I dislike beer.. give me a mixed drink any day!

I'm sure I have had those "brain shut down" moments..but I can't think of any right now...

Oh, here's a better one..
When I was in the delivery room for our DD... they asked me how old I was.. I said.. 21.... The nurse a friend from school said.. are you sure.. I said yes.. I'm 21... My mom burst into laughter and said.. it's either she is scared or she has lost it... I said..what.. I'm 21.. She said.. "honey, you are 23!".. Duh.. I was born in 1970.. and it was 1993!

Than there is one for my DH...
He was married before me.. We were at the hospital giving birth to our 2nd child.. DS9... well, I was moving along at a rapid pace..so they had DH fill out my info.. Well, we had our baby boy..and they came back in to make sure everything was right because of all the chaos in the room.. My DH had given my birthdate as his EX wife! We are only born 11 days apart but in different years... DUH!!!! I have never let him live that down.. so every year on her birthday I remind him that my birthday is in 11 days!

Okay I wan't done with my wonderful life moments. My DH wants me to post this one!

We went out on our second date, a beautiful French restaurant in Coconut Grove, I had a fantastic crepe in a tasty cream sauce (dingbat I am, I forgot that I am lactose intolerant) so we were walking around the area after we ate and I tell him I need to use the bathroom. 35 minutes later, I meekly stroll out (I had a bad tummy-ache) and, thankfully he was still there... He tells me now he thought I had snuck out the back door and left him there, many times he almost left!

Now he knows, if he takes me out to eat, he makes sure to schedule a 30 minutes bathroom break. To help, he now has V-cast on his cell phone so he can surf the net!

Okay, this isn't something I did but something my step-niece did as a teenager. She is the proverbial "blonde" - think of Phoebe on Friends and
you've got her. She even looks like her!

Okay, my brother (her stepdad) loves to play jokes on her - the more obvious joke he can get away with, the better.

He was working in the yard one day and calls her over to the hose. He asked her to do him a favor . He told her he was having trouble with the hose - could she put her ear up against the opening of the hose and let him know when she can hear the water coming. You can imagine the shock she got about .453654 miliseconds after she heard the water coming.

As if that wasn't bad enough? A couple of weeks later he tried again. Told her he thought there was a clog in the hose and to look in the hose and see if you can see where the water gets stuck. Yep, the kid did it.
