Can't input requests on online check-in...Help!

the DVC site has been extremely slow when I have been trying to do my online check-in for Kidani. when I get to the room requests, I get a small pop-up window, but no where to type a request. Anyone know why?

When I used online checkin there was no place to add requests beyond pack n play and refrigerator which are both givens in villas.

However, when I checked in the CM could see my requests and I had received one of two requests...the other wasn't available that day at BCV.

So if you made your requests with MS when you made your reservation, I wouldn't worry about it.....at least if you're going to BCV.

That particular feature of online checkin has been "broken" now for a couple of months. Call MS to add your room requests. Good luck, and I hope you have a magical trip.

MS is open 7 days a week, so you can call today if you like.

I think it's been that way since the inception of online checkin. We checked in the first day it was available and those were the only options way back then.
