Cant get through!

Well I have been on hold to Disney Photography for over an hour (at a grand expence from the UK) and all I am is on hold!

Are they always this busy, I am trying to book my Magic Kingdom Photo Session, as the co ordinator says I can book it now.

I emailed them today and got a response a couple hours later. I needed to book my honeymoon photo shoot and we did it through email with no problem.

Did your coordinator give you the email contact for Disney Photography? I'm not sure if it's all the same person we contact, but I was given Mike Ogata to contact. Maybe try him?

I emailed my wedding planner, she wanted to know what day and what hotel we are staying at, and she booked it for me. Then she emailed me the confirmation from Disney Photography all within a day.

I would also say to email photog or set it up through your coordinator, because the response seems to be very quick.

any success yet? That's so bad keeping you waiting, and I'd rather not think how much it's cost - but it will all be worthwhile in the end!

I am a Uk bride as well, i don't know what mobile network you are on but if you are with O2 contract you can get best country bolt on. it costs you £3 month but phone calls to america are only 10p min.

You would not be bothered as much at being on hold! I rang the hairdresser and disney corordinator and was on quite a while and my phone calls only costed £3.00 cheaper than ringing a landline!!!
