Can't get on member website?!!?!?!?!?

Can't figure out why. I know it is case sensitive and I have been using it for about 14 months, so I don't know why it is not accepting the user name and password now. Anyone else having this problem?

It's working now but wasn't last night.

I was finally able to get on, but the weird thing was it dumped me into the screen that I was on the last time I left the site. Interesting. Ahhhh, the wonder of "cookies", I guess

Now, if I could just check my current pay-off figure on-line, I would be very happy!
