Can't get into the Kingdom!! (shockwave error)

Everytime I try to sign on today, I get an error that I don't have shockwave installed (I do). I have tried to reinstall it, but it still doesn't help. Has anyone else had this issue and what was your solution?

I did just now get in with Firefox, but I still can't with IE.
