OK, Paul I remember what you are talking about now! Just hit me! (Although, there was still that story about VWL somewhere out there...)

Personally being refunded my points PLUS getting bumped up to a GV even at OKW would be very satisfying to me.

But, I understand what you are talking about. If your kids are excited about SAB, you have planned your trip around restaurants, etc. in the Epcot resort area it would be disappointing.

I would probably book another BCV trip using the points they refunded me back!

imagine if you did not have a car..and wanted to go in and out of Epcot easily... I suspect a car would be out of the questionI would want park passes, maybe a dinner...thrown in for my troubles...that would probably be enough....
