Can't find this design - Please Help!

Can someone tell me who did this design - I saw it several months ago and can't find it here. I've searched and have come up empty.

It's Chip and Dale holding a Candy Cane and the text underneath says something like Merry Christmas.

I remember the text looking hazy and I wasn't sure if that was supposed to look like that when printed.

Was it this one? I made this as a request and the font is supposed to look like that. It can always be changed to a different font though.
