Can't find the Ding after it's downloaded??

I downloaded Ding and have the Southwest icon on my screen.
but I do I find the Dings that are coming in?

All see is the Southwest website?

I had the same problem when I downloaded it a few months ago. I would hear the ding, but then when I clicked on the Southwest icon, it only took me to the home page. I went to programs and found the Ding and created an icon to put on my desktop. Now when I hear the ding, I click on the Ding icon and it takes me to the right spot. Hope this helps!
